If you opt for the online application, visit the NSDL (National Securities Depository Limited)
Fill in the Form Online
Select the 'Apply Online' tab and choose the relevant form (49A or 49AA). Fill in the form online and click 'Submit.
Pay the Application Fee

Acknowledgment Receipt
